Image Navigation

• One the bottom right of the page, you will see "Image Navigation". This is a tool to help you see how many records are on each image. 

• When you click on Image Navigation, it will give you a small silhouette of the image. 

• In this example, the photographer took a picture of both side of the book. 

• The record number is in the left margin. You can click on the image navigation and move it around. It will move the actual image so you can see how many records are on it. There are two records per side, making a total of four records on this one image. 

• You will need to set the Form entry up to allow you to enter the information for all four records.  

• This form entry has already been set up to allow you to input information for four records per image. Notice in blue, it shows, image 1 - record 1. with 2, 3 and 4 below. Then image 2 - records 1,2,3 and 4, etc.
