Viewing the records

• When the record opens, you will see a pop-up with a hint.  Read the hint and then close the pop-up. 
• You may receive a pop-up that says. "This batch may be partially indexed already. Check the previous indexer's data and complete the batch."
• This does not mean it is a difficult batch. If a batch is not completed in seven days, it automatically goes back. Someone may have started it and just did not get back to finish it. 
• Do as the instructions state, check the work that has been done and then submit it. If it is a batch that is difficult to read or contains images that are hand written, send it back. (direction later)
• When the batch opens, you  may see just a black screen. You will need to move the image so that you can see the record. 

• Place your cursor in the top black area, left click on the mouse and hold the button down as you move the mouse until you can see the record.
