Form Entry

The form entry is where you will enter the information you extract from the record.

Notice on the left side where it says image-record. This form entry has been set up for four records per image. You will need to set this up each time you start a new batch.

• To change the number of records per image

• At the top of the page (where file is) click on "Tools"
• Select records per image
• Change the number to four
• Click on the link that says, "apply to all images".
• Click OK
