What are the requirements?

• You do not need to read or speak Spanish

• You do not need to have indexing experience.

• You do need to be trained

• The records are on pre-printed forms, so you just need to learn where to look.

• You will need to learn a few words, such as numbers.

• Some of the indexing rules may be different than English record

• Be Patient - It's not difficult, but the more you practice the easier it will become.

• If a batch is too difficult, send it back.

• Use your resources, your Stake indexing director or designated helper

• Find a buddy. It's more fun to do it together.
