Records per image and record types

Number of records per image

• To change the number of records per image, go to the top of the page where you see file and select "Tools" 

• From the drop-down, click on "records per image". 

• Change the number of records to four 

• Check the box to apply to all images.  

• Click  OK. 

• Look at the form entry to make sure that it is showing four records per image.

Record Types

• Make sure you have clicked on image 1 - record 1 (it will be highlighted in blue) 

• You need to identify what record type you are working on - birth, marriage or death. 

• On the right side of the page, click on Field Helps. This will give you the Spanish names for each of the record types.
